Ok, so I did day 1 of week 1 of the The Couch-to-5K Running Plan. O.O
I did NOT realize how out of shape I am! 2.5 minutes into the 5 minute WALKING warmup I was ready to die from my side stitch. I kept going and it went away shortly though. I did my first run, then walk, then run, then walk. After that I had to walk the rest of the time. I was about to pass out for real. I even had to sit down once. I thought carrying around and chasing a 28 lb 2 year old would keep me from getting THAT bad. Boy, was I wrong!
I’m going to try day 1 again on Wednesday. I’ll get it… eventually. I feel good about myself though. I went out to a beautiful farm and I got movin!
